there's something amiss with her neck, i think it's the colour.
i love everything in this. the background is minimal(that's really good) and the colours are fantastic, and interesting.
the pose is great, and the concept better. :)
the balloon string is a fave. haha

The neck is fine, from what I can see ^^

It's blueish, yeah, because light is shining through the balloon and onto her.
